“Lipsa is a phenomenal instructor. Not only does she have complete body awareness, she is motivating, enthusiastic and most of all challenging. Lipsa is someone who puts 110% into everything she does and after each class, I leave feeling like a better version of myself. She is simply fantastic!”

“Lipsa’s classes are always challenging and in the best way possible. She works hard to keep the class motivated while always pushing the limits of what our bodies can handle. She takes the time to correct my posture and makes sure I am making the most of my practice. I’m always counting down until her next class!”

“I started my yoga journey a year ago and Lipsa easily became the teacher I gravitated towards most! Her classes are inclusive because yoga is for everyone. I always look forward to her classes knowing that I’ll have fun and be challenged. It’s because of her that I’ve grown in strength and in spirit. She’s passionate and truly gifted in yoga teaching.”

“Lipsa brings her unique voice and personality into every class that she leads.  Her sequencing is very creative, well planned and effective.  The experience and space that Lipsa is able to create and offer in every class keeps her students coming back because it changes minds, bodies and is welcoming and inclusive to all levels.”

In 2019, I moved from California to North Carolina relocating my yoga habit with me. Being that yoga is rooted in consistency and routine I was very anxious to find a new home for my practice. Insert Lipsa- I was instantly drawn to her teaching style & aura. Under her lead I constantly feel challenged and grounded at the same time. Finding her has made my transition in my new yoga home less scary & stressful. Over a year later I remain thankful I found her class here in Raleigh... truthfully I’m surprised we have such a “big-market” talent in our community. Selfishly I hope we can keep her around!

“Lipsa is a force. She has a way of cultivating community in such an easy, laidback way. People are drawn to her edgy, sarcastic, loyal personality and it's been such a blessing to have watched her blossom this past year. Lipsa came to Midtown Yoga hungry to learn and grow, both as a teacher but also as a student of life. Since she walked into the doors she hasn't stopped showing up for herself and the community, always hungry for more. I can't wait to see what is in store for her future.”
